Carolyn has worked as a Montessori guide and Special Education teacher for over 30 years with children of all ages. Her deep interests in effective communication, parenting and attachment theory have lead her to take courses with Non-Violent Communication and Circle of Security.

Carolyn is the co-founder of Montessori Care, which delivers tailor made Montessori Materials and Services to the Norwegian market.

She lives with her husband in Oslo. In her free time Carolyn enjoys spending time with her 3 adult children and grandchildren as well as painting and biking in nature.
