Elisabeth Rydland
is a qualified assistant professor and cand.mag at the Teacher Training College in Oslo.
She is a certified Montessori educator through The Institute of Educational Studies and is certified in "Montessori for Aging and Dementia" by Assosiation Montessori International and Brush Development."
For over 30 years, she has worked as a Montessori teacher and special teacher for children and young people of all ages.
She is a certified Master Practitioner Coach at Paradigm Academy, and is also personally trained and certified by co-founder of NLP, John Grinder, and holds the honorable first Grinder certificate in Norway.
Elisabeth has used Montessori and NLP actively in her work.
She has developed many original and good learning materials in her work to facilitate children, young people and adults with special challenges and needs.
She has also established and runs her own training service, Personal Tutor, for children and young people with learning difficulties.
Elisabeth is co-founder of Montessori Care, which supplies tailored Montessori materials and services to the elderly, people with dementia and their relatives.
Elisabeth lives in Oslo with her husband and family. She greatly appreciates a good book, walks in the woods and fields, a good round of golf, a nice autumn day with a fishing rod on the heath and good times with children and grandchildren.
